By using chOpaal, you agree that we may communicate with you regarding chOpaal services on your mobile device and that certain information about your usage of the mobile may be communicated to us.

In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to inform chOpaal to ensure that messages intended for you are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.

chOpaal reserves the right to change any and all content, services, account, terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Users may be asked over SMS to update/complete their profile information to update their records.

Usage
Messages exceeding 200 characters will be truncated. chOpaal is not responsible for loss of any important information resulting from this automatic truncation.

chOpaal does not guarantee time period within which your message will be delivered to the respective tag members. Messages may be delayed or not delivered depending on mobile networks' traffic condition.

Using offensive names for tags may result in suspension/termination of the creator's account.

chOpaal is not responsible for use of offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable language or content you may encounter while using chOpaal. You are, however, strongly advised to report offenders to expect prompt action.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other chOpaal users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users over the chOpaal network.

In case of any complaint, responsibility falls on the user of the mobile phone number registered with chOpaal.

For safe networking and usage, you are strongly advised to ensure that you have full knowledge of usage of chOpaal services from your mobile phone number, especially if your friends and/or family use your mobile phone.

Registration of a valid complaint against any user may result in suspension/termination of his/her account.

chOpaal is not responsible for inter user communication and can not be taken to any Court of Law in any case by any person or organization.

Sending advertisements to any tag on chOpaal is STRICTLY not allowed. No such act will be tolerated and the sender's account will be disabled without notice.

chOpaal reserves the right to close, hide or delete certain tags or ban certain words without prior notice.

The chOpaal network may not be used for direct commercial activity. If any such activity is noticed, the tag and/or the sender's account will be terminated without notice.
